My Story
Tony Mitchell’s journey is a testament to grit, tenacity, and the power of purpose. Born in Britain, Tony’s early years were defined by his passion for tennis—a sport that taught him the foundational principles of discipline and perseverance.
At just 15, he moved to America, dropping out of school at 16 to carve his own path. The odds weren’t in his favor, but Tony believed in building the true American dream through relentless effort and unwavering commitment.

In 1993, Tony co-founded Singer Financial, a specialty finance company that soon became a leader in purchasing specialty receivables. When Enhance Financial Services acquired Singer, it marked his first major business triumph. But this was just the beginning.
Tony’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to join Peachtree Settlement Funding in 2001 as COO. In 2006, he was part of the team that took Peachtree public on the London AIM Exchange, a milestone that was followed by an acquisition by Credit Suisse later that year.
Through these experiences, Tony honed his ability to navigate complex markets and deliver results, ringing the IPO bell in Toronto, London, and New York.
